The Company: Our client is a well-established accountancy practice in the Belfast area with multiple offices across Northern Ireland. They provide a range of services from Accounts, Audit, Taxation and Payroll etc. to an array of clients across NI. The Role: As the successful Audit & Accounts Senior Manager / Manager you will be reporting to the Partner and will be responsible for the following duties:

Manage a portfolio of audit clients, act as the main contact, and oversee the full audit process from planning to completion. Resolve audit and technical issues, coordinate with other departments, support new audit work through referrals and tenders, and handle administration such as billing. Prepare accounts for micro, small, and medium‑size companies while reviewing and managing junior staff work. Support departmental administration, including billing.

The Person: The successful Audit & Accounts Senior Manager / Manager will meet the following criteria:

Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA with post‑qualification experience in an audit/accounts department in practice. Experience at managerial level. Excellent exam record. Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP and UK auditing standards. Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
