7.5t Delivery Driver

Flexible People Ltd is seeking experienced 7.5t Drivers for a well-known company based in Swanley. Your role will be to efficiently deliver wholesale cleaning products to commercial businesses, within and throughout the surrounding areas. On occasion, you might be required to carry out a longer route. Some of these routes will be in and around London.

Each Morning, you will receive your run sheet from the Depot, detailing the name and address of places to deliver. Once you get there, you will be expected to pick out the correct items and deliver to the customer.
There may be occasions when you will have a Drivers Mate with you, to help you with the deliveries. However, mostly you will be on your own.
There may occasionally be times when you are asked to drive a 3.5t vehicle instead. The pay rate will always remain at the 7.5t rate, regardless of what you are driving.

If you happen to have a Class 2 license, you will be paid at a higher rate.

Job Overview:

As a 7.5t Driver, you will:

- Report to the depot each morning, where your vehicle will be preloaded with various products.

- Complete 20+ multi-drop deliveries per shift, ensuring accuracy at each stop.

- Handle pallet deliveries and operate a tail lift (experience preferred but not essential).

- Perform heavy lifting and handballing, requiring good physical fitness.

- Provide excellent customer service, as you will be representing the company.
