Key Tasks Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing ArrowXL and our brand to the highest standards Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are undamaged Deliver orders directly to the customers room of choice Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services) Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery Required Qualifications & Experience First-class communication and customer service skills A valid licence to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle Completed Driver CPC training Possession of a digital tachograph card Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check Some of the benefits of working with us include: Annual Leave Entitlement
