Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Utilise CRM systems and recruitment technology to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimise processes.
