360 Recruitment Consultant – Property Management & Construction

Birmingham | 8:30am – 5:30pm with 4pm Finish on Fridays | Office-Based / Hybrid | £26,100 - £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Our parent brand James Andrews Recruitment Solutions is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Property Management team based in their office in the Jewellery Quarter, St Pauls Square. Both experienced recruiters and those looking to start their career in recruitment will be considered.

Job duties:

• Building relationships with clients within the Property Management Sector including both warm and cold business development
• Meeting and exceeding various KPI’s, goals and targets set
• Sourcing and screening suitable candidates matching them to relevant roles
• Negotiating, proving consultation and advice to candidates and clients

This is a full-time, office-based role in Birmingham (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with 4pm finish on Fridays).
