360 Excavator Operators Required – Lower Thames Crossing (South Portal)

Dewey Group are looking to recruit 6 experienced 360 Excavator Operators to join the prestigious Lower Thames Crossing project on the South Portal.

This is a long-term opportunity, with works forecast to run for up to 5 years – offering stability and continuity on one of the UK’s flagship infrastructure schemes.

The Role:

* General civil engineering works

* Working alongside piling crews at various stages of the project

* Operating brand new electric excavators

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civils projects

* Professional, reliable, and conscientious operators

* Strong focus on machine care and maintenance in line with site guidelines

Employment Details:

* Long-term PAYE positions

* PAYE Umbrella options available

* No CIS / self-employed engagement due to project duration
