As we continue to grow, we are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Inventory and Fulfilment Coordinators to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient flow of materials, inventory management, and on-time order fulfilment within our manufacturing environment.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of goods inwards and materials management. Your key responsibility will be managing and maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring materials are delivered to support customer order fulfilment while maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: Material Flow Management: Coordinate material movement, picking, part delivery, and storage.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, implement cycle counting, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.

Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to maintain inventory and support on-time delivery.

Order Fulfilment: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipment of orders for aftermarket sales.

Documentation: Process necessary documentation for shipment to customers.
