We're looking for someone to join our growing EMEA region as a Head of Data working specifically within our retail sector. In this role you'll be heading up the data team within your growth unit, and being the escalation point for all things data. Being the go-to person for our clients and also sitting amongst our growth unit leaders at the helm of the pre-sales team.

You'll be leading pitches and presentations to current and potential clients, articulating our values and emphasising what CI&T has to offer. Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solitions along with designing & Implementing robust data architectures using Data Bricks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Team leadership will be a key part of this position, including mentoring more junior members & staying on top of the latest data trends and retail/CPG sectors and providing thought leadership.

This role requires someone willing to be in London 2/3 days a week, wither in our office or on client site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Architect with a strong background in data management and architecture.

Demonstrated experience with Data Bricks and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

A solid career trajectory within data roles, showcasing growth and expertise.

Strong client-facing skills with a track record of successful client engagement.

Experience in leading pitches and engaging stakeholders effectively.

Experienced within the retail or CPG (Consumer Packed Goods) sector

Previous experience working in a consultancy similar to CI&T
