Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to pupils, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Assist the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons. Support the learning and development of all pupils in the classroom. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Contribute to the planning and delivery of fun, safe, and stimulating activities in the After School Club. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.Requirements:

Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in Key Stage 2. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils. A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
