1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Min 1 month Cover - Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in the heart of Stafford. ASAP, for a minimum of one term.

This role involves working 1:1 with a pupil in the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing classroom environment. It is a fabulous opportunity to make a difference to a young child's early learning journey within a supportive school setting.

The role includes:

* Providing 1:1 support to a pupil in EYFS
* Supporting learning, play, and development in line with EYFS requirements
* Assisting the class teacher and EYFS team as required
* Helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in EYFS

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience working in EYFS (1:1 experience desirable)
* Is patient, caring, and reliable
* Enhanced DBS
* Available to start ASAP
* Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs
* Able to commute to Stafford
* Fully registered to work for Academics
