1:1 Teaching Assistant

A large and inclusive primary school in Bristol is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.
The school has a strong community ethos and is known for its commitment to inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and high-quality support for children with SEND.
Key responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support
Support learning, behaviour, and engagement
Adapt activities to meet individual needs
Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND staff
Track and report on pupil progress
Candidate requirements:
Previous experience working with SEND pupils
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient and proactive approach
Ability to build positive relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
