1:1 Teaching Assistant – The Role

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a named pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs. Support with curriculum access, emotional regulation, and daily routines. Implement strategies outlined in the pupil’s support plan and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.
