Yew Tree Primary School is seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support . This is a long-term opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support
• Support learning, focus, and engagement in the classroom
• Implement behaviour and learning strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO
• Offer emotional and pastoral support throughout the school day
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience supporting pupils with ADHD or SEND (desirable)
• Be patient, calm, and proactive
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be reliable and committed to a long-term role
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have school-based experience
