About the role

We are really excited at Heart of Supply to be advertising this 1:1 Teaching Assistant role, starting April 2026. This is a Monday to Friday, term-time only, temporary but ongoing opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs. You will be working closely 1:1 with a pupil in a mixed Reception and KS1 class, supporting their learning, confidence and day-to-day school experience. The pupil has additional needs, including autism, so this 1:1 Teaching Assistant role would suit someone patient, caring and committed to making a genuine difference.
