The Role: Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with autism and ADHD across the school day. You will help the pupil follow routines, stay engaged in learning, manage transitions, and access classroom activities more confidently, while feeding back clearly to the class teacher and SENCO. Schools are expected to follow the SEND Code of Practice and use a graduated approach to identifying needs, putting support in place, and reviewing its impact.

The Candidate: You are patient, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication.
