About the Role: A nurturing primary school in Aylesbury is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a KS1 pupils with speech and language needs and mild ASD. You will support the child during lessons and break times to help build confidence and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support and behaviour encouragement Work alongside SENCO and external therapists Help with daily routines and small group catch-up Requirements:
