About the Role
In this role, you will work as a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor , providing dedicated support to a pupil who requires additional help managing their behaviour and emotions within the classroom environment. A key part of this position involves supporting a child with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and develop effective coping strategies.
