The Role:
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualised tuition to students in a range of subjects, tailored to their unique learning needs. Whether supporting students with core subjects, revision, or specific educational goals, you will be helping to create an environment where students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions, adapting teaching methods to suit each student's learning style.

Help students build confidence and improve academic skills in specific subjects.

Track progress and set clear, achievable learning goals.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding progress.

Provide support for students with additional needs (e.g., SEN, dyslexia).

Ensure a positive and motivating learning experience.

Requirements:

Experience in tutoring or teaching (minimum 1 year preferred).

A passion for education and helping students succeed.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A relevant qualification (e.g., degree, PGCE, or other teaching certification) is desirable but not essential.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Ability to work flexibly and independently.
