About the Role
* Position: Year 2 Teacher * Location: Watford, Hertfordshire * Contract: Full-time, permanent (term time + INSET days) * Salary: MPS1 to MPS6 (dependent on experience)
As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a love of learning, and supporting children to reach their full potential-academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' needs * Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback * Create a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and resilience * Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners * Contribute to the wider school life through extracurricular and enrichment activities
