The Role – Year 2 Teacher

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a lively and challenging class, delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. This role will suit a resilient and confident teacher who can establish clear routines, manage behaviour effectively, and create a positive learning environment. You will plan and deliver structured lessons, assess pupil progress, and work closely with support staff and senior leadership to ensure pupils remain engaged and supported. The ideal Year 2 Teacher will be proactive, patient, and able to maintain high expectations while building positive relationships with pupils.
