Job Type: Temporary contract (Approx. 1 Month)

What You'll Be Doing:
CTRG Limited is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Cardiff as FLT / Yard Workers. You'll be supporting yard operations, working with HGV vehicles, and assisting with the loading and unloading of trailers, including handballing where required.
If you hold a valid FLT licence, you'll also be operating forklifts. If not, you'll still be actively involved in the yard and sortation duties.
Job Role Includes:
Yard duties and goods sortation
Manual handling and handballing
FLT operation (if licensed)
Working with HGV vehicles
Loading/unloading trailers
Mon-Fri shifts, start times between 02:00 - 10:00
Assessment required prior to start
What You'll Need:
Valid UK FLT licence (minimum 6 months) - expired licences can be renewed/training provided
FLT experience preferred but not essential
Previous yard or warehouse experience
Basic computer literacy
Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
