Responsibilities
The Commercial Partnership Solutions team works closely with TikTok’s content organisation to conceptualise, monetise, and deliver iconic brand partnerships that sit at the heart of our tentpole moments. These include global sporting events like the World Cup, TikTok-native franchises such as the TikTok Awards, and culturally defining moments from Valentine’s Day to major seasonal celebrations.

These programmes are high-impact, creatively ambitious, and operationally complex. They involve numerous XFN partners, both internal teams and external client stakeholders. As the Programme Lead, you will create structure out of complexity, foster strong collaboration, and ensure programmes are delivered at the highest possible standard.

We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and solutions-driven Programme Lead to join our European Commercial Partnership Solutions team. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and bring positivity, creativity, and humility to cross-functional work.

This role is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-impact, cross-functional brand partnership programmes across Europe. You will ensure TikTok’s commercial and content teams are aligned, organised, and empowered to execute best-in-class advertising and partnership moments around some of our biggest cultural and creative events.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional commercial programmes from GTM strategy through execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability across all workstreams.
- Establish programme structure, including timelines, governance models, documentation, and reporting frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Act as the central point of coordination across Creative, Content, Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and external partners.
- Monitor and track progress against key milestones, ensuring roadblocks are surfaced early and resolved efficiently.
- Champion collaboration and communication, fostering trust and cohesion across diverse teams and markets.
- Provide expert programme management guidance to help teams improve processes, workflows, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Offer a holistic, strategic perspective to identify risks, unlock new opportunities, and elevate the creative and commercial potential of each tentpole initiative.
- Ensure the highest creative and executional standards are met, supporting teams in delivering standout brand partnership experiences for clients and communities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in programme or project management, ideally within media, entertainment, creative agencies, tech, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-market programmes with numerous cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide structure in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
- The ability to lead senior stakeholders conversations and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in campaign delivery, brand partnerships, strategic operations, or commercial project management is highly desirable.
