We're looking for a

hands-on, proactive Workshop Supervisor to take charge of the daily running of our busy garage and keep operations running like clockwork.

Location: Bridgwater ( TA6 6DF) Contract:

Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern & Hours:

0700-1700 Monday to Friday Pay:

£20.60 per hour

What We're Looking For Proven

management or supervisory experience

in a workshop or similar environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to

lead a team , manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and compliance requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Workshop Co-Ordinator, you'll be the

go-to person for managing the workshop and leading the team day-to-day . Your responsibilities will include: Running the workshop efficiently

- planning workloads, prioritising tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. Leading and motivating the team

- providing guidance, approving holidays, and maintaining accurate records. Driving Health & Safety compliance

- promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring standards are met. Managing trailer inspections and MOT processes

- guaranteeing quality and compliance. Handling breakdowns and coordinating repairs

during garage hours. Managing stock and parts

- ordering, raising PO numbers, and keeping KPI sheets up to date. Conducting quality checks

on inspections and repairs. Maintaining workshop standards

- cleanliness, equipment calibration, and PPE compliance. Overseeing service paperwork and defect logs

with precision.
