Main Purpose of the role:

To control and coordinate all workshop activities within our client's busy accident repair centres day-to-day operation. Responsible for managing workflow, allocating repair tasks efficiently according to an individuals evidenced compliant competence in date achievements, monitoring productivity and quality, and ensuring all repairs are completed in line with manufacturer methods, company standards, and planned repair schedules. The role ensures maximum efficiency, high-quality output, and compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations.

Due to the size and complexity of the establishment, you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager of the group with whom you have a reporting relationship.

Pay and benefits:

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience and qualifications. The role includes site bonus opportunities.

A minimum of 3 years experience in vehicle accident repairs is preferred.

Hours are 8am 5pm Monday Friday, 30-minute lunch break.
