Midlands
or the
South Coast
due to work being nationwide. Staying away as and when will be needed. This position is available for a
January
Start. Working with a Friendly Company, constantly expanding, with a brilliant variety of projects. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking for progression and move into a higher position within the company. As Works Manager, your duties will include:
- Overseeing up to 5 Projects at any one time.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of a Groundworks Project
- Daily Operations + Team Leadership
- Safety and Compliance
- Resource Management
- Leading the Team
- Working closely with the Project Management team and contractors
- Hitting Deadlines within Budget
- Ensure Standard of work is at a high quality
- Quality Control
