Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday Global Process Controller to join the technology department within the industrial/manufacturing industry. The role is based in London and requires expertise in managing a team of individuals within the Workday team, optimising global Workday processes.

Description
Oversee and optimise global Workday processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related queries and issues.
Ensure proper documentation and training materials are maintained for Workday processes.
Support system updates and ensure seamless integration with other technology platforms.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Workday usage.
Coordinate with global teams to align Workday processes across all locations.
Profile
A successful Workday Global Process Controller should have:
Proven experience with Workday and its implementation or management.
A strong understanding of technology processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to technology systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
