Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day store-facing service, over the phone and on Teams
Planning, booking, and processing store schedules for technology implementation to ensure programme efficiency
Identifying issues proactively and working with the Line Manager to develop solutions
Feeding valuable information to the Programme Team to assist in rolling out schedules
Championing the behaviours and values upheld by Specsavers
Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with all relevant departments
Delivering exceptional customer service to store partners
Job Requirements:
Experience in IT support, particularly within a retail environment
Familiarity with Windows 11 and associated technological implementations
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via Teams
A dedication to upholding company values and supporting team members
Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
