Location:Corby
Shift Pattern:

  • Monday Thursday: 08:00 16:00
  • Friday: 08:00 13:30

Pay Rate:£14.00 per hour
Contract Type:Temp to Perm
Breaks:Paid

Start Date:January 2026

We are currently recruiting for aWhite Inspectorto join a well-established ceramics manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role within a production environment, offering a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect ceramic components for defects using a blue dipping solution to identify imperfections
  • Accurately pinpoint defects and assess required repairs
  • Carry out remedial work using paste and hand tools such as sandpaper, brushes, and picks
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards
  • Work carefully and consistently within a dusty production environment
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in aproduction or manufacturing environment
  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working in adusty environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic
