Youll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, and refrigeration.Working to high standards and strict health and safety guidelines, youll ensure every job is completed efficiently and professionally.
This role goes beyond technical delivery.Youll act as a trusted expert, providing clear advice, reassurance, and a positive experience for every customer.Working closely with both internal teams and end users, your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be just as important as your engineering skills.
WHAT YOULL BE UP TO Servicing Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection work on equipment that is within the 28-day purchase warranty window.
Repairs When repairs cannot be carried out on the spot, Technicians may arrange for faulty equipment to be replaced or for further parts to be supplied to arrange a suitable fix.
Acknowledge Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
Ensuring standards are adhered to for all repair and support activities.
Support You will work closely with your administrator to ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish Inventory management, you will be responsible for managing spare parts van stock equipment and tools.
Expertise Excellent understanding of speed, quality, controls, measures, and procedures.
