Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a fantastic school in Monmouthshire. The position is part-time, initially for two days a week, and is set to begin as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom. Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans. Promote inclusive learning and support the emotional and social development of children. Use the Welsh language within the school community. Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure each child's learning needs are met.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Fluent in Welsh, both written and spoken. Experience working with children, preferably within an educational setting. A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude toward supporting young learners. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
