Elevation Recruitment Group  is proudly working in partnership with a reputable manufacturing business based in Cleckheaton to recruit a skilled  Welder/Fabricator  to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, supporting both the R&D and manufacturing functions in a varied, hands-on role. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of projects—from small components to large structural frameworks—and must be confident in welding, fabrication, and general workshop practices. Welder/Fabricator Location: Cleckheaton Salary: £30,500 – £33,500 Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
Friday: 07:00 – 12:00 (early finish)
Key Responsibilities: MIG and TIG welding across a variety of materials (including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium)
General fabrication work, from small guards to large-scale frameworks and barriers
Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings to carry out tasks accurately
Using workshop machinery including lathes and milling machines (both vertical and horizontal)
Involvement in product testing activities such as cycle testing, vibration testing, dynamic testing, and static loading tests ...
