Duties and Responsibilities

· Manufacture our range of aluminum components including fuel tanks, hydraulic oil tanks, aluminum tippers for commercial vehicles aided by SOPs and CAD drawings.

· To ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety

· To ensure equality and diversity is actively promoted in the workplace

· Other duties as required by Line Manager

Experience, knowledge & skills

Essential

· Experienced MIG & TIG alloy welder

· Working from Engineering drawings

· Accurate use of a tape measure

· Knowledge of materials used (box, angle & tube)

· Good time keeping skills

· Can work on their own within a small team

· Working to a time sheet.

Preferred

· Experience in steel welding
