Position: Welder Fabricator Location: Rural Clapham Area Contract Type: Temp to Perm Pay: £17.50 – £19.00 per hour We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team in the rural Clapham area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent hours, long-term stability, and the chance to become a valued member of a well-established and growing team. The Role: As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality metalwork to specification, working on a variety of projects in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard * Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately * Cut, shape, and assemble metal components * Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment * Work both independently and collaboratively within a team Requirements: * Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator * Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic * Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude * Own transport is essential due to the rural location Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 7:00am start * Approximately 40 hours per week This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term employment with a reputable company.
