Role: Welder Fabricator

Hours: 40 hours | Days only - early finish Fridays

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (DOE) | overtime opportunities at enhanced rates

We are partnering with our client to recruit a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a hands-on, permanent role with excellent pay and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to technical drawings and specifications

* MIG, TIG welding on various materials

* Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials

* Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards

* Maintain a safe, organised, and clean working environment

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role

* Skilled in a range of welding techniques, MIG & TIG desirable

* Experience working with a variety of materials e.g. various steels, sheet metal, aluminium, duplex etc.

* Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
