Heres what youll be doing: MIG and TIG welding of stainless and aluminium components Working from engineering drawings to fabricate assemblies Using hand tools and machinery to cut, shape and prep Final assembly and inspection before shipment Working with the team to get projects out the door safely and on time Whats in it for you: £18.16 per hour (£36,800 is the rough salary equivalent) 39 hours/week with overtime available Tools and PPE provided, along with proper training if you want to upskill Clean workshop, varied projects, and solid team environment Youll need: MIG and TIG welding experience (ideally on stainless and aluminium) The ability to read and work from engineering drawings A relevant welding qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, etc.) A full UK driving licence Experience with CNC equipment, food-grade fabrication or site work is a plus, but not essential.
