MIG Welder - Afternoon Shift

Mon-Wed: 2:15pm - 12:30am Thu: 2:15pm - 12:00am Pay: £15.29 per hour (DOE) + 25% shift allowanceThe Role: We are recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to work permanent afternoon shifts for a well-established engineering manufacturer. This role offers excellent pay enhancements and long-term career stability.

Key Duties:

MIG weld components to precise specifications Work from engineering drawings with accuracy Conduct quality inspections on all completed welds Maintain welding equipment and tools Comply with all health and safety protocolsRequirements:

Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and to deadlines Current/previous coding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 - renewal support available (Desirable)Benefits:

£15.29 per hour (DOE) + 25% shift allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (factory closure over Christmas) 4%/4% pension, rising to 6% employer contribution after 12 months Death in service cover x3 salary if in the pension scheme (or capped at £10k)
