Are you a skilled Metal Fabricator or TIG Welder looking for a stable, full-time role within a growing manufacturing business that values craftsmanship, flexibility, and high-quality work?

This role would suit a Metal Fabricator or Welder with TIG welding experience looking to progress who enjoys working from technical drawings, using a variety of tools, and taking pride in producing high-quality metal structures and components. Flexibility with shift patterns is required, offering variety and long-term security.

The Role:

\n

\n Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

\n

TIG welding of metal components

\n

Cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal and other materials

\n

Preparing surfaces for welding to ensure high-quality welds

\n

Inspecting completed work to ensure safety and specification compliance

\n

Assisting with assembly of fabricated components into finished products

\n

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

\n

Carrying out routine maintenance on tools and equipment

\n

\n

\n

The Person:

\n

\n Proven experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication

\n

Confident using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

\n

Flexible with shift patterns

\n

\n

\n
