The ideal candidate will be offered visa sponsorship, which will lead directly to permanent residency in time.
To satisfy visa requirements you must: be under 45 years old, have a relevant trade, at least 3 years of experience be able to relocate to Australia with the intension to make it your permanent home.

On any given day you can expect to: Fabricate innovative machinery Interpret and work from engineering drawings understanding dimensioning, marking and welding symbols Weld mild and stainless-steel components using MIG, MMA (stick) welding equipment Use of various electric and manual hand tools Mark out and prepare metal components for cutting, forming, drilling etc.
Fabricate components from sheet metal to mechanical to heavy structural What's needed: Your Trade Certification Your experience with 7axis CNC brake presses (not a dealbreaker) Your ability to read and interpret drawings or specs to complete the job Experience in both heavy and light fabrication with GMAW Why Aust-Mech?
