About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join a fast-paced, large-scale logistics operation based in Hams Hall. This site supports high-volume order fulfilment for a well known E-Commerce Company and is undergoing significant growth, creating exciting opportunities for strong leaders to make an impact.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing large teams of warehouse operatives, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage teams of warehouse operatives in a high-volume environment

* Drive performance to meet and exceed daily KPIs and operational targets

* Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality, taking corrective action where required

* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times

* Support training, onboarding, and development of new and existing staff

* Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments

* Manage attendance, conduct, and performance issues in line with company policies

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a warehouse/logistics environment

* Strong background managing large teams in fast-paced, high-volume operations

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

* Good understanding of warehouse processes (pick/pack, inbound, outbound, etc.)

* Flexibility to work shifts as required
