Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the busy team at our Fluid Power unit in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits.

About the Warehouse Supervisor role:
Our Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll take ownership of the general upkeep of the warehouse, making sure it stays organised, safe, and ready for the team to work efficiently. Day to day, you’ll be supporting and supervising warehouse operatives, offering guidance, answering questions, and helping everyone stay on track.
You’ll also keep a close eye on picking and packing accuracy, investigating any errors and working with the team to prevent them in the future. A big part of the role is spotting opportunities for continuous improvement, whether that’s refining processes, streamlining workflows, or finding smarter ways to boost overall warehouse efficiency. It’s a hands-on position where your ideas and leadership genuinely make a difference.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week, 08:30 – 17:30 with 1 hour lunch,
What we’re looking for in our Warehouse Supervisor:
Full UK driving licence (preferable)
Previous experience with either a counterbalance/bendi forklift truck (essential)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, supervising other colleagues
Basic computer skills
Good team player
Good communication skills
