As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage and distribution, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. This will be a pm shift role and you will lead a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Optimise warehouse layout and workflow to maximise productivity.
