Permanent Warehouse Supervisor required for Crumlin. Responsibilities Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including deliveries, storage, and distribution of parts. Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management using a warehouse management system. Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve any discrepancies. Implement and improve business processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity. Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience & Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Proven experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues (preferred). Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labelling requirements. Knowledge of business processes related to inventory control, materials handling, and order fulfilment.
