All Square Recruitment is actively seeking physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a premier warehousing and distribution company based in Earls Colne.

This role focuses on the efficient unloading and “handballing” of shipping containers, making it the perfect fit for individuals who thrive in active, fast-paced environments.

Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of the inbound and outbound team, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods through the following tasks:

* Manual Container Unloading (Handballing): Work in energetic teams to manually unload floor-stacked containers with speed and precision.

* Heavy Lifting: Regularly handle items of various weights and sizes while maintaining strict safety standards.

* Dispatch Preparation: Stack, wrap, and label products accurately for dispatch or storage.

* Inventory Management: Pick and pack items efficiently to keep the warehouse organised.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to consistently hit daily unloading targets.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* PPE: You must possess and wear your own safety shoes/boots at all times.

* Reliable Transport: Due to the site’s location, you must have your own transport, as public transport does not align with shift times.

* Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting and manual “handballing” throughout the day.
