Here at GXOSittingbourne, we are recruiting forWarehouse Operativeto join our fantastic team within our equipment management network. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process for one of the leading grocery supermarkets, Morrison. The site is a fast paced, diverse environment with plenty of development opportunities available.

You will be working on afull-time, permanent basis,on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’pattern, covering the hours of14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00. Choose what suits you best!

• Hourly rate of£12.21
• Hourly rate of £13.00 working on night shift
• 10%premium for hours worked between 17:00 and 20:00
• 20%premium for hours worked between 20:00 and 22:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Accurately and safely load and unload vehicles with all customer equipment and waste arriving at the site
• Safely and efficiently bale cardboard and plastic waste
• Ensure a hazard-free zone by guaranteeing that all work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager
