Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operatives to join our Avonmouth team at Panattoni Park, supporting one of our new business wins!

We are currently recruiting for the following shift patterns:

• 3 on 3 off, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00

This means that you get 25 Saturdays, 26 Sundays and a total of 17 Full Weekends off a year giving you a great work life balance!

As a Warehouse MHE Operative you’ll get:

• 3 on 3 off, £13.50 per hour, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 – NON MHE
• 3 on 3 off, £15.26 per hour, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 - MHE

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure safe operation of MHE adhering to all safety procedures
• Engage in various warehouse activities, including picking and despatching customer orders as well as loading and unloading trailers
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures around the warehouse and help promote a culture of this - Safety is one of our core values
• Provide key support to the site and take on any tasks that may be needed to help with the smooth running of the operation

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Certificate of competence to operate MHE preferable but not essential
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Flexibility to handle various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and support colleagues in achieving operational goals
