Warehouse Operations Manager Sheerwater, Woking Permanent

This role combines hands-on operational management with technical responsibility

Key Responsibilities Lead all daily warehouse activities, including equipment preparation, loading/unloading, and order fulfilment Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock audits Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment Perform electrical checks and basic troubleshooting on powered staging equipment Coordinate logistics with project and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery and returns Drive continuous improvements in processes, efficiency, and cost control ??

Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse or operations management (event or production industry experience ideal) Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

required Ability to safely work with and troubleshoot powered equipment Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is a plus ??
