The successful candidate will ensure goods are received, stored, and despatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound goods, storage, picking, packing, and despatchLead and manage warehouse staff, including shift planning, training, and performance managementEnsure all health & safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesMaintain accurate stock control and effective space utilisationMonitor productivity and warehouse KPIs, driving continuous improvementLiaise with production, transport, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflowEnsure warehouse equipment and machinery are maintained and used safelyRequirementsProven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse supervisory roleStrong understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety complianceExperience managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environmentGood organisational, leadership, and communication skillsHands‑on approach with the ability to lead by exampleForklift licence desirable or willingness to obtain if required #J-18808-Ljbffr
