The Role

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager role will lead the Warehouse Team to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on

improved performance

through team work & problem solving. Key responsibilities include:

Measure and manage team performance ensuring the manufacturing plan is 100% supported Ensure all despatches to site are made on-time and promptly Maintain a schedule of cycle counting and routine stock checks Optimise the use of storage space on an ongoing basis through racking reconfiguration, use of outdoor storage and the management of returned goods Promote and develop a strong safety culture, lead a culture of continuous improvement and promote the application of 5s

About You

Warehouse Manager

You will have proven experience in a Lead Warehouse role in a Manufacturing business. You will have

excellent leadership skills

with the ability to implement CI and LEAN principles. You will ideally have:

Ability to implement and effect change to

improve performance. Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques.
