NN3, Northampton Monday to Friday, 8:00am
4:30pm £13.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting an experienced Inventory Controller to join a busy logistics operation based in NN3, Northampton.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with stock control processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
Managing and controlling stock accuracy within the warehouse
Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
Updating inventory records on warehouse management systems (WMS)
Supporting inbound, outbound, and returns processes
Working closely with warehouse teams and management
Producing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
Ensuring inventory processes comply with site procedures
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as an Inventory Controller or Stock Controller (essential)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good IT skills and experience using WMS systems
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
Strong communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and well organised
