As a Ward Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary ward team.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the ward.
  • Oversee patient care, ensuring it is personalised and compassionate.
  • Conduct staff meetings and provide training opportunities.
  • Manage staff rotas and resource allocation.

The ideal Ward Manager will have:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) status with valid NMC registration.
